RTÉ show, Big Life Fix has viewers raving about its compassion and powerful message as the programme aims to help those who need it most.

This week’s episode saw three-year-old Alana who has Butterfly Syndrome (EB), meaning that she has extremely sensitive skin that makes her prone to cuts and severe wounds at the slightest touch This means that she couldn’t go outside to play as her parents couldn’t find shoes to fit over her bandages, and she wasn’t able to sleep in her own bed.

Thankfully with the help of RTÉ and engineer Shane Phelan, Alana was finally able to go for a walk with her family as custom-made shoes were made for her.
