Kimberly Noel Kardashian West (née Kardashian; born October 21, 1980) is an American media personality, model, businesswoman, socialite and actress. Joe Exotic
Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage (born March 5, 1963), better known by his stage name Joe Exotic, is an American former zoo operator, internet personality, musician, and convicted felon. The former owner and operator of the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park (a.k.a. G. W. Zoo) in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Maldonado-Passage had claimed to be the most prolific breeder of tigers in the United States. He twice unsuccessfully ran for public office, first for President of the United States in 2016 as an independent, and then for Governor of Oklahoma in 2018 as a Libertarian.
Carole Baskin
Carole Baskin (born June 6, 1961) is an American animal rights activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa, Florida. Baskin drew public attention when she was featured in the 2020 Netflix documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator known as Joe Exotic. The Netflix series follows both Baskin and Joe Exotic, filming their ongoing and escalating feuds over exotic animals in private zoos. Following the series' release, Baskin has been targeted by Internet memes related to the disappearance of Don Lewis, her second husband.

‘Tiger King’s’ Carole Baskin begs Kate McKinnon not to use big cats in biopic

There’s still a lot we don’t know about Carole Baskin, the foil to “Tiger King” subject and would-be proxy murderer Joe Exotic.

And while armchair detectives such as Kim Kardashian have speculated Baskin could be a murderess herself, what we do know about the notorious animal rights activist at the heart of the wildly popular Netflix docuseries is that big cats are her singular priority.

So when it comes to another upcoming TV series based on the events in the doc, she’s begging creators not to use big cats for the production.

Baskin, who runs Big Cat Rescue sanctuary in Tampa, Fla., will be portrayed by ‘SNL’ star Kate McKinnon, who is also executive producer of the biopic series.
