I’ve owned a over the years, from fuchsia one-pounders meant to target the itty-bitty muscles in my shoulders to clunky, adjustable contraptions that go all the way up to 44 pounds (should I ever become yoked enough to lift that amount), but I never actually found anything I truly liked and wanted to use.
