Line of Duty has us glued to our tellies every Sunday night to learn more of the inner workings of AC-12. And if you thought the crime drama was gripping it has nothing on the real-life police officers.

BBC Two has launched a brand new documentary that takes viewers into the real world of the London anti-corruption unit that inspired AC-12.

The three-part series explores corruption within the Metropolitan Police force in the 60s and 70s, prompting the formation of its first anti-corruption unit, A10. ‘We’ve got more villains in our game than you’ve got in yours,’ warns a senior Met police detective on secretly recorded tapes that are being aired for the first time in the documentary Bent Coppers: Crossing the Line of Duty.
