Dundee insist the SPFL proposal could cost their own clubs £4million. The Dens Park outfit were the only Championship not to register a vote yesterday but they released a statement before the 5pm deadline that indicated they were against the governing body’s proposals.
Dundee chief executive John Nelms spent Thursday working on an alternative plan which could see titles decided in each of the four divisions but with no promotion or relegation.
