Tesco has confirmed its website and app have gone down as customers complain that they can't access the site. The supermarket giant said they were experiencing some technical problems in a statement on Twitter.
Tesco told its customers: "We're experiencing an issue with our website and app and are working hard to get things back up and running. "We apologise for any inconvenience." READ MORE: Martin Lewis' £30 message to anybody who shops at M&S According to Downdetector, which monitors website outages, hundreds of people have reported problems with Tesco's online services over the last hour.
Reports of issues with the website started to rise from around 7am this morning, with more than 200 people now complaining that services are down.
