Sebastian tragically died in hospital. His mother, Agnieszka Kalinowska, and her partner Latoszewski were arrested and charged with murder, manslaughter, neglect and causing or allowing the death of a child.
Jurors at Leeds Crown Court heard how Sebastian was subjected to physical abuse and "tortured" at the hands of his mother and stepfather in the months leading to his death.
