Stacey Solomon told fans she's 'alive' after she refused help in the supermarket while out with her kids. The Loose Women star posted a video to social media explaining what had happened as she wished to thank those who offered her help, even though she felt 'embarrassed' to accept it.

Stacey, 34, shared how she popped out to her local shop with her youngest children as her husband Joe Swash wasn't around but described what should have been a straight-forward trip as "challenging".

In the clip, the Sort Your Life Out host thanked the people who offered to help her while she was dealing with her kids. Sitting on the floor in her makeup room, Stacey reflected on what had happened, writing: "Just a little thank you to the nice people in the supermarket just now." Speaking to the camera, Stacey explained in the video: "I had a bit of a challenging supermarket trip.
