Sophie Turner Is Suing Joe Jonas to Allow for Their Kids to Return to England
glamour.comjust got messier. According to new court documents obtained by , Turner is suing her estranged husband to have the couple's two children, ages three and one, to return to her “forever home” in England.
The actor claims that her daughters are currently being wrongfully retained in New York.Per the report, the couple had “often discussed their desire raise their children in England,” and even made Turner's home country their permanent residence back in April.According to Turner's petition, she and Jonas “had an argument” on August 15, and she only learned that Jonas was filing for divorce when the news was on September 5.Turner was photographed filming in Spain on September 12.By When news of the pair's split broke earlier this month, the tabloids reported that Jonas, 34, had been watching their kids while Turner, 27, filmed her latest project, Joan, in the UK.
