Callum Finch, 23, passed away on September 17 following an unsuccessful heart surgery. His mum Debbie Hood, 49, paid tribute on October 5 to her "blue eyed boy" who never once uttered a complaint, despite suffering from severe health issues throughout his life, reports Hull Live.

Callum, who was born 11 weeks premature, had cerebral palsy and used a wheelchair. He had also undergone surgery in 2013 for a curvature of his spine.
