vandalised their canal boat for a second time.Volunteers at the Seagull Trust Cruises in Falkirk say they are devastated after windows on the barge were smashed twice in the space of a few weeks.The first incident at Bantaskine Estate happened on Saturday February, 20, with the second taking place on Tuesday March, 9.They provide free access to the Forth and Clyde Canal for people with special needs and the elderly and their boats are specially designed with lifts to enable wheelchair access.Marjory Sime is one of the volunteers and told Falkirk Live: "We're all devastate.
For it to happen once is bad enough, but twice is heartbreaking."We did not report the first incident to the police as we felt that it was a one off.
