Sheridan Smith put on a glam and smiley display as she attended the premiere of her new film role. The actress is set to appear in The Railway Children Return, the sequel to the 1970 film favourite.
She joined co-star Jenny Agutter at the world premiere of the new movie at Keighley Picture House Cinema, Keighley, West Yorkshire, on Sunday (July 3) after boarding a train at Oakworth Station in Haworth.
The Call The Midwife actress, who was a teenager when she shot to fame as the oldest of the Waterbury children, Bobbie, in the 1970 film, is portrayed as a grown woman in the sequel.
Sheridan, 40, will be playing her daughter Annie and the pair boarded the train alongside their other castmates including Tom Courtenay, John Bradley-West, KJ Aikens, Zac Cudby, Austin Haynes, Eden Hamilton, and Beau Gadson.
