SeaWorld killer whale ‘tries to drown trainer’ in front of terrified crowd

A Seaworld trainer was almost killed after a 5,000lbs orca dragged him under water in front of a terrified crowd. Ken Peters was plunged below the surface by Kasatka during a packed show, after the killer whale was believed to be upset by her calf crying during the middle of the display in the marine park.

Peters was pictured attempting to give Kasatka a kiss on the side of the enclosure, where he was due to dive into the water and then the whale would lift him out on her nose, in a practiced trick.

However, when the trainer went under the water he quickly re-emerged, before going back down below and it was then people knew something wasn’t going to plan.By that point Kasatka had a deadly grip on the Seaworld worker after bitting his foot
