A Scots teenager who has twice beaten cancer told how her 'growing pains' turned out to be Leukaemia. Eilidh MacKay, from Ayrshire, suffered intense joint and leg pain leaving her struggling to walk to school.

The youngster underwent blood tests at the Glasgow Royal Hospital for Children, which revealed a diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia in May 2016.
