Mum Stephanie today has been reflecting on what would have been her son's 21st birthday- including putting a bottle of beer on a special memorial bench for Rhys.Flowers have also been delivered with a bouquet in green and white.Stephanie believes police did not fully investigate her son's death or the evidence she has provided.She has escalated complaints to police bodies and in June we told how.
