Scots given green light for holidays abroad as 14-day quarantine rule to be revised

It now looks like trips to Spain, Germany and France will be given the go ahead following a review on Monday. Instead, countries will fall under a traffic light system.The level of risk in catching coronavirus in a particular country would place it under a red, amber or green category.Only passengers arriving into the UK from nations in the red category, where the spread of coronavirus is deemed to be high, will be told to self-isolate for two weeks.Travellers will, however, still have to hand over the address they plan.
