Rutherglen shop owner is hoping her customers return now that coronavirus lockdown restrictions have been eased. Monday saw shops across Scotland allowed to reopen as long as they have outdoor entrances and exits, meaning a host of businesses could return after months shuttered.But the shopping experience is likely to be totally different in most stores.Paula Ogilvie, who runs the Sweet P cards and gift shop, has put in place a host of safety measures in the Dukes Road outlet, which opens again today (Wednesday).She said: “We have done a lot to increase the safety for every customer – we have hand sanitiser for everyone that goes in, we are restricting customers to three in the shop at one time and we are all wearing masks.“We have changed.
