Holly Willoughby detailed her date night disaster after chipping a tooth on a meal her husband Dan cooked for her. Holly, 41, appeared on This Morning alongside co-star Phillip Schofield, 59, and told him all about her husband Dan Baldwin's cooking disaster after losing part of her tooth during the meal.

The mother of three tucked into a dinner of steamed mussels but was horrified to lose part of her tooth in the process after a bit of mussel shell become lodged in one of her teeth.

As Holly and Phil opened the ITV show the pair were seen giggling as they welcomed viewers prompting Phil to reveal: "She said just 30 seconds ago - in fact, only 10 seconds ago - 'I just chipped my tooth on a mussel yesterday' and I said, 'What, Dan's?'" As reported in The Mirror, Holly laughed as she said: "Dan cooked for me - very nice!

There was cod in a broth and there was mussels in it, which was quite brave because you know what I'm like with mussels. "And as I fished them out to eat it there was a tiny bit of shell in it.
