A local charity is asking the people of Perth and Kinross to share their hopes for the region beyond COVID-19 on a wishing tree.The wishing tree has been created for The Great Get Together - an annual event inspired by the words of the late Labour MP Jo Cox in her maiden speech in parliament where she said: “We have more in common than that which divides us.”The Labour MP for Batley and Spen was murdered in June 2016 by an extreme right-wing terrorist.The aim of The Great Get Together is to encourage people to connect and demonstrate the power of community.Perth and Kinross Association of Voluntary Service (PKAVS) is hosting the wishing tree, which is situated in the garden area at The Gateway on North Methven Street.Perth and Kinross
