Prince's Bridle Path mansion in Toronto relisted for $16.8M

The real estate agent for the mansion formerly owned by the Artist Formerly Known as Prince is hoping that a buyer will make it rain money.According to local real estate site The Mash, Prince lived at 61 The Bridle Path from 2001 to 2006 when he was married to Torontonian Menuela Testolini.

The 14,280-square-foot home was listed on the market around the time of his 2016 death for $12.7 million, but soon shot up $5 million to $17.8 million.According to the site, in April 2018 it dropped to $16.9 million and in November 2019, it was further reduced to $16.8 million.

Two days before Prince’s June 7 birthday it was relisted for $16.8 million again.Prince would have been 62.The home is advertised as a single family home, with 3+3 bedrooms and 10
