Surrey Police said when officers last spoke to him, he was in Brixton with friends. But he has been missing since around 1.30pm on Wednesday afternoon (November 10). They now believe he is in the Manchester area. Jalen is described as a white but mixed race male. He is 6ft 1in tall, and of large build and with brown, slicked back hair which is long on top.
