Police appeal for information after housebreaking incident in Linlithgow

Sign up to the weekly West Lothian Courier newsletter for the latest West Lothian news and sport.Officers in West Lothian are appealing for information following a theft by housebreaking.A property in Linlithgow was broken into and a quantity of jewelry stolen.Sometime between 2pm on Saturday, November 7, and 2pm on Sunday, November 8, entry was forced to a property on Beechwood.Constable Brett Martin, of West Calder CID, said: “Our enquiries into this incident are underway and I am seeking help from local residents who may have seen any suspicious activity at the address over the weekend."In particular, anyone who has seen any suspicious individuals or vehicles in the vicinity of the address between Saturday and Sunday is urged to contact.
