Kate Middleton issues her first major update on new project since cancer diagnosis

Kate Middleton left many royal fans wondering if she was beginning a return to work this week as she shared a trailer for a new project to Instagram on Saturday in collaboration with Mental Health Week.The Prince and Princess of Wales' official Instagram account released a short film about the mental health challenges which the UK's farmers face, which starred Love Island's Will Young and saw the royals pledge to offer mental support to farmers in rural communities.This is the first project that Kate has been involved in since she revealed her cancer diagnosis, with the Princess taking time to recover following an abdominal surgery and to go through preventative chemotherapy.
