Royal doctors have given King Charles the go-ahead to resume a robust schedule next year, including two grand international tours.
Despite still battling cancer, the monarch is fully behind the high-profile visits in both spring and autumn, eyeing Canada as one potential stop.
Since his diagnosis in February, the King, 75, has been undergoing weekly cancer treatments. He scaled back his commitments over the summer for rest before a nine-day trip through Australia and Samoa with his wife, Queen Camilla.
During his recent trip Down Under, the King looked tired at times but wrapped up the tour with a traditional Ava ceremony. Amid a downpour in Siumu Village, Charles and Camilla were draped in pink leis and placed on cream-coloured leather thrones, reports the Mirror.
