A property listing in Manchester has caused outrage online. The listings claims to show a 'studio flat' up for rent at £1,250 a month - but instead appears to picture a bed inside a conservatory.

Located in Victoria Park, a suburban part of Manchester near to the city centre, the room advertised on online letting agent OpenRent looks more like a summerhouse than it does a flat with its exposed brick walls and glass roof.

For a hefty £288 per week you'll get a room with barely enough space to feature a double bed, leather sofa, a desk and chair, and a chest of drawers.

But there is no self-contained kitchen or bathroom which you'd usually expect in a 'studio flat'.
