Olympic athlete gives PE session to Lanarkshire pupils after being impressed by youngsters' winning fitness app

A group of Lanarkshire pupils were treated to a golden opportunity this week in having a PE lesson taught by one of Scotland's leading athletes.Laura Muir visited Uddingston Grammar on Tuesday, September 13, to put the youngsters through their paces before an insightful Q&A session at the school.It was only last month the 29-year-old athlete did her country proud and won gold in the 1500m at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
