Covid-19 pandemic continues to make huge changes to the way people live and work, new research from Citizens Advice and Ofgem shows that 50 per cent of householders across the UK are concerned they will struggle to pay their energy bills this winter.

The research also revealed that 35 per cent of bill payers say they are using more energy than they usually would at this time of year.

However, it’s not too late to prepare for the winter ahead. Citizens Advice and Energy Saving Trust have teamed up with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to launch Big Energy Saving Winter which could help households save hundreds of pounds on their energy bills by following a few simple tips.
