Meghan Markle
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

The rules for Scotland, published on Thursday morning, stated so-called "bubbles" will be capped at three households here. The total number of people is eight, and social distancing.
