National Trust reopens 30 tourist attractions around Scotland as lockdown eases

attractions and estates have reopened from today as the lockdown continues to ease. The National Trust for Scotland announced that around 30 of its sites will be back open for tourists as staff begin to return from a period of furlough.

Culzean Country Park, Brodie Castle and Threave Garden are among this to open their doors for the first time since they were ordered to close amid the coronavirus emergency in March.

Bosses say that hygiene and safety measures will be implemented at all the sites, while some will see visit routes redesigned in a bid to safeguard customers and workers alike.Scots have been urged to observe social distancing rules and have been asked to avoid visiting any attractions at peak times.Visitors will have to check.
