Kamran Mohammed, 19, of Kingsdale Close, Bury; Mohammed Izaarh Khan, 21, of Palace Street, Bury; and Khayam Ali Khurshid, 28, of Eton Hill Road, Bury, have all been charged with Cole Kershaw's murder on August 12 of last year.

All three deny the charge, but Mr Mohammed has pleaded guilty to manslaughter. A fourth man denies possession of a firearm. An ongoing murder trial at Manchester Crown Court has heard how Cole was gunned down in the street as he tried to run away from a car crash
