A mum-of-two has opened up on the unusual method she used to shift four stone in an incredible transformation.Jenny Macnay, from Droyslden, gained a jaw-dropping amount of weight during the year-long installation of her new kitchen in 2022.

Due to the lack of a kitchen in her home, the building work left her ordering takeaways multiple times per week and resorting to biscuits and crisps for lunch.

The 38-year-old tipped the scales at 16st 2lbs and was a dress size 20 before taking the plunge to sign up to Slimming World in May 2022.

Jenny followed a strict diet plan, walked more and incorporated a tin of beans workout into her day, shifting an incredible four stone.
