A mum-of-two said she feels like her home is a 'prison' after being forced to choose between bathing her kids or washing the dishes.

Emily Rogers moved into a flat with her partner Jamie, 34, and two children Scarlett, four, and Charlie, one, over a year ago, MyLondon reports.

The 32-year-old said the family have never had enough hot water since moving in to the flat in Imperial Wharf in Fulham. She said they have to 'take turns' at getting a daily shower which is 'quite frustrating'.
