McDonald's launch Katsu Curry Chicken McNuggets in Scots restaurants

McDonald's is set to delight fans with the launch of limited edition Katsu Curry Chicken McNuggets next week. The fast food chain will brighten up lockdown with its latest menu addition which will be available in Scottish restaurants from December 30.

The new McNuggets are made from chicken breast coated in a crispy katsu curry panko breadcrumb coating, which comes served with a classic Sweet Curry dip.Customers will have the option to purchase the new item in boxes of six for £3.59, nine at £4.09 or as a sharebox of 20 at the price of £5.99.

The limited edition new item will only be around for six weeks, so Scots who want to try will have to get in there fast.The latest addiction follows the successful launch of limited spicy McNuggets in.

A Washington restaurant that has been struggling to survive during the coronavirus pandemic was given a little boost last week.  El Toreador Mexican Restaurant in Redwood, Washington, received a $1,000 tip last Monday, KING, the NBC affiliated TV station in Seattle, reported.  According to a photograph obtained by the station, the generous tip was on a $27 meal, with a note that said "Merry X-mas!" Restaurant owner Mark Mahan told KING-TV on Tuesday that the tip went to his wife and they decided to split it with the rest of the staff.  "As I thought about it, I thought, ‘You know what?
