MASTERCHEF judge Gregg Wallace insists he still eats carbs and boozes because he "doesn't believe in diets" - despite four stone weight loss.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain today, the 56-year-old beamed about how he's transformed his life after dropped from 16st to 12st.

He even asked Ben Shepherd what he made of his new body - and the presenter replied: "Sensational". Quizzed on how he's lost the weight, Gregg said: "I don't believe in diets. "I don't believe in doing something you can't sustain. "I don't believe in starving yourself three times a week, I don't believe in not having carbs. "I do believe in enjoying a pint of beer and glass of wine. "I don't believe in starting something radical that you can't keep up.
