In May, Marshmello and Halsey went deep, and hit some high notes on their big emotive single "Be Kind." On Wednesday (July 29), the duo have released a "stripped" version of the track, which pares down the beats and synths and turns the soaring anthem into a more analog affair that puts Halsey's voice and plaintive lyrics at the fore.

And yes, she still hits those high notes. The release follows Tuesday's announcement from Marshmello that he's sitting on "8 or 9" unreleased Juice WRLD collabs, with that duo's early July single "Come & Go" currently sitting in the top position on Billboard's Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart and Hot Alternative Songs.
