Love Island’s Jess pulls Sammy for ‘honest’ chat about Mitch – leaving him confused

Love Island's Jess Harding is set to make a shock decision in Tuesday's episode that will leave Sammy Root reeling. Jess is currently in a couple with Sammy, who chose to stick with her at the weekend's surprise recoupling ceremony despite exploring a connection with Leah Taylor.

But in tonight's (Tuesday) episode of the ITV2 dating show, viewers will see Jess give Sammy a taste of his own medicine as she decides to see whether there is more to her spark with Mitchel Taylor.

In scenes set to air, Jess says: "I wanted to be honest with you about the Mitch situation. You’re not cutting yourself off, so why should I cut myself off?" Confused, Sammy says: "I’d understand more if it was a bombshell…" Sammy struggles to understand why Jess is only just developing feelings for Mitch after weeks in the villa together as the pair have a tense discussion about their feelings.

Mitch is currently in a couple with Leah, who he chose at the recoupling ceremony to everyone's surprise as they had not had much interaction.
