Lidl 'disappointed' with decision to reject plans for new store in Salford

The planning application to build the foodstore near the new Castle Irwell housing development has been turned down due to issues with the design.

If approved, the store would have been located off the Charlestown Roundabout on land between Cromwell Road and Littleton Road.
