Kippford youngsters create newsletter to keep community informed during coronavirus lockdown
dailyrecord.co.ukTwo youngsters are making sure the Kippford community is staying informed during the lockdown.Katie and Finn Harris have started to produce The Kippford and Coast Newsletter which is packed full of facts about the area and further afield as well as information, puzzles and useful phone numbers.Mum Joanne said: “They’ve made four so far and they’ve been well received.“They decided, with them being off school, they wanted to do something a bit more for the community.“Most people in Kippford aren’t as young as them, there’s a lot of older people and quite a lot of them are on their own so they decided to make a newsletter.“They’ve only been delivering door-to-door to people that we know but the Kippford Association have been emailing it out to
