Key infrastructure completed for ambitious new Lanarkshire growth area

Major steps forward have been taken in the infrastructure at a new development as part of the East Kilbride Community Growth Area.The delivery of a new three-armed roundabout on Eaglesham Road and the first section of the arterial spine road - that will eventually join Jackton to Lindsayfield, represents a significant step forward in the housebuilder Cala's plans for the site.Their Sequoia Meadows development offers a range of homes, including one and two-bedroom apartments, three-bed terraced and four and five-bedroom detached homes.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
