Kate Middleton has been seen in public for the first time since having surgery in January amid concerns for her wellbeing. The Princess Of Wales was seen visiting a farm shop on Saturday with her husband, Prince William, just one mile from her home at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, reports the Mirror.Onlookers have said that Kate looked "happy, relaxed and healthy" on her outing.
