Kamal Haasan, Ajith Kumar, Vikram, Vijay Sethupathi, Keerthy Suresh Films Lead Netflix’s 2024 Tamil Slate
variety.comNaman Ramachandran Netflix has revealed a lineup of nine titles as part of its licensed Tamil-language film slate for 2024.
Ajith Kumar headlines Lyca Productions’ “VidaaMuyarchi,” directed by Magizh Thirumeni. Lyca is also the company behind S. Shankar’s keenly anticipated “Indian 2,” starring Kamal Haasan, a sequel to 1996 blockbuster “Indian.” Vikram leads Studio Green’s “Thangalaan,” directed by Pa.
Ranjith, while Vijay Sethupathi stars in Passion Studios’ “Maharaja,” directed by Nithilan Saminathan. Keerthy Suresh plays the title role in Passion Film Factory and The Route’s “Revolver Rita,” directed by K.
Chandru. Dream Warrior Pictures’ “Kannivedi” also stars Suresh and is directed by Ganeshraj. Sony Pictures International Productions’s debut in Tamil-language cinema currently identified as “SK21,” starring Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi, is also part of the Netflix lineup.
