Jurors in Ryan Giggs' trial will return to court to continue their deliberations on Wednesday. The former Manchester United star, 48, is accused of headbutting his former partner Kate Greville and behaving in a controlling or coercive manner towards her between August 2017 and November 2020.

The former Wales international has also pleaded not guilty to elbowing her sister Emma Greville. Mr Giggs denies all charges and is standing trial at Manchester Crown Court.
