Frank Iero has released a statement claiming Lego called for the removal of an L.S. Dunes music video that features the toy bricks.According to Iero, the toy company’s lawyers have called the band’s label, Fantasy Records, to ask them to “take down” the band’s video for the track ‘Grey Veins’ which features Lego figures throughout.Iero, of My Chemical Romance fame and one of the guitarists in L.S.

Dunes have announced their first ever UK tour in January 2023.The band is set to play across four cities in the UK, alongside special guests which are yet to be announced.“UK Lost Souls – They said it wasn’t a good time to come visit but we say fUK the dollar and fUK the pound – let’s dance!” the band said in a statement.

My Chemical Romance guitarist Frank Iero has announced he has been working on an album with a new band.Iero shared the news in an Instagram post he shared about a recent injury he sustained after falling from a ladder.The guitarist admitted that he feared he may never be able to play guitar again following injuries from the fall and a previous road traffic accident Australia in 2016.“Six months ago I had my second surgery to remove a spanning plate and 8 screws from my right wrist after falling from a ladder and breaking it in 10 places,” Iero wrote.A post shared by frnkiero (@frankieromustdie)He continued: “If I’m being honest, between this new injury and the tear in my shoulder from my Australian accident I truly didn’t know if I would ever be able to play guitar again…but I never let those words come out of my mouth.”Despite his initial fears, Iero has recovered and performed on several dates with MCR, who are currently touring the UK.In the post, he also confirmed he has been working on an album with a new band.“Since that surgery I have recorded a new My Chem song [‘The Foundations Of Decay’], a full length [album] with a new band that will probably be announced in the next few months, and played sold-out stadiums with some of my best friends in the entire world,” he added.“Nothing worth doing is easy, but anything is possible. My Chemical Romance has announced they are selling fabric face masks for coronavirus relief, as NME points out. According to the product description, the masks were originally conceived by former band manager Lauren Valencia, who passed away from cancer in 2019, and were originally intended for a desert show “that never happened, never will.” All proceeds from sales of the mask will go to the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund, which seeks to aid music professionals who have been affected by the ongoing pandemic.
