Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

ITV This Morning viewers issue same one-word verdict on Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield's first show since sensational statement

This Morning viewers were left using the same one word to describe Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield's first appearance on TV since the latter issued a statement on their relationship following 'rift' claims.

Last week, Phillip, 61, hailed Holly, 42, as his "rock" in an unusual statement to The Sun following reports the pair’s relationship has come under strain and that they were 'barely speaking' behind the scenes at the ITV daytime show which they have hosted together since 2009.

He said to the publication: "As I have said before, Holly is my rock. We’re the best of friends – as always, she is an incredible support on screen, behind the scenes and on the phone." Phillip added: "Holly has always been there for me, through thick and thin.

And I’ve been there for her. The last few weeks haven’t been easy for either of us."
