This Morning was trying to impress the social media generation during the last episode of the week. Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary were reunited on Friday's edition of the show after the former X Factor star was replaced by Josie Gibson last week.
And the duo were tasked with learning a viral TikTok dance live on the show which wasn't too far out of Alison's comfort zone as she regularly shares TikTok videos to the popular app which now has over one billion users. They had just a few minutes to learn the dance to the popular viral track Lean Wit It (Rock Wit It). Prior to their live creation, Dermot revealed that he gets 'stressed' every Friday.
But the TV star looked happy enough as he was seen busting some moves in This Morning's very own take on the Lean Wit It challenge. "It just makes you happy, doesn't it?
