That image was later used on a Christmas card sent by the city's mayor.The sale of the 19 Lowry works is at Christies in London from Monday, June 15th to July 2nd.Hischip shop painting, dating from 1949, is one of three works to lead the sale, each with an estimate of £500,000 to £800,000.The other two are Coming from the Match (1959) and an industrial panorama called The Iron.
