Cops "shook their head in disbelief" after catching a Dundee motorist driving with a windshield full of snow as they branded it "miraculous" no one was hurt.Officers had to look twice when they came across the car being driven on a road at the Dunsinane Industrial Estate around 10am today.The red car had one small patch of his window clear when the Roads Policing Unit caught him with the rest of the vehicle covered in a heavy blanket of snow.It was the "most extreme example of lack of preparation" the unit has even seen.The driver has been charged with dangerous driving.Tayside Roads Policing Unit's Inspector Greg Burns said: "Our officers genuinely could not believe what they were seeing when they saw this car today."Yes, it's an.
