An iconic Salford building that has been left abandoned for years has been bought by developers for £1 million. Reform Developers, based in Manchester, secured the former Adelphi Lads Club on Monday after it was put up for auction with a guide price of £900,000.
While there are no plans set in stone as of yet, the decrepit site, which was devastated by a fire in 2010, is expected to be redeveloped for new 'high-quality' housing.
