Iceland launch value essentials range to rival Asda, Morrisons and Aldi

The supermarket have announced their new ‘Value Essentials’ in a move to help shoppers keep their grocery bills down. It comes as welcome news to shoppers as grocery price inflation hits 11.6 per cent this week, with many ditching named brands in favour of supermarket’s ‘cheap’ ranges amid the cost of living crisis.
Items like bread, milk and fruit , are included in the range, as well as mealtime staples and a dupe of a well-known butter brand that hit the headlines for significant price rises recently.
