'I can't take this any more': Dramatic scenes as Miguel Reynolds murder trial brought to temporary halt

Liverpool Echo reports.Mr Reynolds, from South Manchester, was shot 'in the neck' and 'from very close range', prosecutors said.But the proceedings were brought to a dramatic and temporary halt at Liverpool Crown Court when Watson, 32, said he no longer wished to give evidence.

In an impassioned speech, Watson said: "I can't take this no more. "I've been on remand for two years for something I haven't done.

I'm innocent."I've spent the last two years in prison for something I didn't do." Watson referred to his trial which was stopped and aborted in 2020 at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
